Today, Ford's crash barrier facility can actually be transformed to perform various vehicle tests. Now, frontal, side and rear impact tests to evaluate the restraint and airbag systems can be done under one roof. Vehicle preparation for these tests takes any where from a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity of the test. But, once the tests are complete, the team can receive all of the data in just under 30 minutes!

Lincoln Will Make Their First Appearance at Barrett-Jackson Auction in April

JACKSON, Mich - On April 11th through the 13th, the public will see a first for the 96-year old Lincoln Motor Company. Lincoln Will Make Their First Appearance at the Barrett-Jackson Auction this spring by debuting the all-new 2015 MKC and the revamped 2015 Navigator utilities at the event in Palm Beach, Florida. 

That's right folks, for the first time in company history, Lincoln will finally be attending a Barrett-Jackson Auction Company event. This year's event just so happens to be in sunny, Palm Beach, Florida - coincidence? We don't think so, haha! Lincoln will be offering attendees special driving experiences in their 2014 lineup of vehicles at the event. These vehicles will include the MKZ midsize premium sedan, the MKZ Hybrid, MKZ midsize premium utility, MKS full-size premium sedan, the current Navigator, and the MKT seven-passenger premium crossover. 

Along with the excitement of Lincoln making their first appearance at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in April, they will be debuting two of the latest editions to the Lincoln lineup. King Ranch and Ford's 15 Years of Partnership Celebration

With over 4,000 photos, Wyman Meinzer captured the three latest King Ranch edition trucks in their natural habitat, on the King Ranch in Kingsville, Texas. As a born and raised cowboy, Meinzer knows what it takes to capture the true essence and beauty of both the ranch and trucks. "Need for Speed" Mustang Will Soon Be Up for Grabs

JACKSON, Mich - The "Need for Speed" Mustang will soon be up for grabs come the eve of April 12th at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in West Palm Beach, Florida. The custom-designed 2014 Ford Mustang GT will be offered to bidders with all proceeds benefitting the Henry Ford Health System. This non-profit group was actually founded by Henry Ford himself, working to improve the health and well-being of a diverse community.

The highly anticipated film "Need for Speed" will be auctioning off its biggest star, and no we are not talking about actor, Aaron Paul. The 2014 Mustang GT will be up for grabs to one lucky bidder on April 12th at the Barrett-Jackson Auction. The car was designed specifically with the movie in mind, shaping the iconic pony car into the ultimate "hero car". The Mustang has a wide-body design sitting on special Forgiato 22-inch alloy wheels. The car has a several other unique features like a larger lower grille, new air intakes, extended rocker panels, a twin-snorkel hood, and low-profile mirrors. 

For the bidders who do not walk away with the 2014 Mustang GT, there will still be plenty of Ford fun for them to enjoy! Ford Motor Company will be offering ride-and-drive experiences of its 2014 line up for the attendees as well as hot-laps in the Shelby GT500, Focus ST, and Fiesta ST.
