Ford India's April Sales were up 83 Percent, selling 13,297 vehicles with both domestic wholesales and exports combined. What a jump this was compared to the 7,270 vehicles sold last year. From a domestic sales standpoint, 6,651 vehicles were sold in April bringing the sales percentage up 66 percent. The company exported a total of 6,646 vehicles this year, a nice increased from the 3,267 last April. It must be said that although Ford India's April Sales were up 83 Percent, the company is still remaining cautious as they anticipate the progressive policy interventions within the Indian automotive sector.
